An excellent buying experience from start to finish.Dil was very knowledgeable about the car we purchased (and the others we talked about too). We were provided a video walk round and plenty of additional photos, with Dils description of the details and condition of the car being just right. This was important as we were a few hours drive away and didn't want a wasted journey.After we were 'shown around' the car, we were left to have a really good look over it, in our own time and no pressure, with Dil on hand if needed, to answer further questions. After a good test drive, we negotiated a deal we were happy with. we returned a week later to collect the car and everything was ready as expected (car was immaculate).The 'apoointment' system worked really well for us. Contacted DNA Autohaus after spotting a Jag F-Type in their stock. A quick easy WhatsApp with Dil and we’d provisionally agreed a price. Took a train down and Dil kindly offered to pick me up from the train station. 1st class customer service - just left me to make my own mind up and answered questions clearly and honestly. I chose DNA Autohaus to purchase a 2016 Range Rover Sport SVR mainly because of their positive reviews. It was a big purchase for me and Dil and the guys at DNA made everything very easy and I felt confident dealing with them, from initial enquiry to picking up the car, a 2 hour drive from home.. You can tell they only deal in high quality vehicles by their stock. There was no high pressure sales techniques, just good old fashioned honesty. During the handover, we noticed the rear camera was misted up and cleaning it did not fix it, so one of the guys got straight on the phone and ordered a new one to be delivered to my home address which was fine with me. Some other dealers would have tried to make excuses but DNA didn't even question it, it was just part of their normal service, nothing but perfection. I would definitely buy another quality used vehicle from DNA.

Purchased a vehicle recently, from initial contact to driving away service was superb. good communication, happy to send images in advance as I live over 100 miles away giving me confidence in the quality of the vehicle before travelling. I was collected from the train station in the car itself which had clearly been well prepared and presented to give me a good indication of the quality and condition. I was given the keys and drove back to their location. Being a petrolhead at heart and very knowledgeable about this particular model I have a cable that allows a full scan of the car. Again whilst other dealers have balked at this it was no trouble at all. I was given free reign and as much time as I wanted to look the car over before another test drive giving me chance to stretch the cars legs. More than happy with the condition a quick negotiation of price, assistance in arranging tax and insurance cover and I was driving away. Top class!

I'm pretty particular about my cars, with a background in automotive engineering and time spent buying for other companies in the past. Although I've been out of that business for some time, it's still clear that the owner is very particular about the cars he has for sale - the ones I saw were all first class examples with genuine service history and looked after cars. Liked the fact when I went to view the car the seller was there to answer questions but wasn't pushy while I was looking myself. There was a rattle on the car when I took it for a test drive which I was told was sorted ready for collection but is still there. I traveled from Gloucestershire to buy a Rav4 from DNA Autohaus: the car was indeed good quality and exactly as described in the online advert. We took it out for a test drive with Jay onboard - shorter than most routes (around the block) but enough to tell that the suspension, handling and engine were all good. The warranty (3 months) was comprehensive; 12 months AA cover was a welcome extra; and Jay helped set up the road tax online. Jay was very friendly and non-pushy throughout, and a pleasure to do business with. When we next need a car we'll certainly check if Jay can help as a first port of call; if only to meet his lovely mother again! We certainly recommended DNA Autohaus Ltd. as a first class car dealership who manage to take a lot of the stress out of the car-buying experience.

Pleasant, helpful, not pushy. The external 3 month warranty that accompanies it seems to be good, though we have not tested it, and hopefully won't. You buy the car "as seen" which means you need to check carefully for any cosmetic damage before you buy. All in all, a good experience.
